Independence Day

We celebrated July 4th by attending the Morgan Hill Community Parade with Nate’s brother and his family. It was fun seeing the local creativity, as displayed in the various floats and other parade attractions.

Big Sur: Epoch Camping

On Friday, July 3rd, we joined Nate’s former Bible study group, Epoch, during their camping trip to Big Sur. We drove down for the day, enjoying the lovely California coast and the sweet fellowship of friends.

Guitar Lessons

IMG_8743

I snuck into our little den to take this picture of Nate and his nephew, Liam. Nate has been teaching Liam guitar this summer. They end each session by playing Wii Lego Star Wars, further deepening the uncle-nephew bond.
